Phase 1: Selection and Input Verification. Bluestar Asia’s purchasing team works directly with major partners in South Korea. However, the process only begins when the goods arrive at Vietnamese ports. The internal QC (Quality Control) department will conduct direct inspections:

Phase 2: Cold Storage Technology – The Heart of the Company. At 281/4/4 Binh Loi, we invested in a specialized cold storage system. For foods like kimchi or gochujang chili sauce, even a difference of just 2 degrees Celsius can alter the flavor. Bluestar Asia’s warehouse staff are thoroughly trained in the first-in, first-out (FIFO) process, ensuring efficient goods circulation and preventing inventory buildup. The warehouse temperature is checked and recorded three times daily to ensure no errors occur.
Phase 3: Dedicated Packaging and Shipping. Every order, whether wholesale or retail, is carefully packaged by our team. With a high sense of responsibility, we use standard insulation materials and styrofoam boxes to maintain optimal temperature throughout the delivery process in Ho Chi Minh City. Our internal delivery team not only delivers quickly but is also trained in polite communication and assists customers with on-site product inspection.
